We are delighted to inform you that after more than 30 years, Zoohistorica is returning to Poznań!
The event will take place on 6th September 2025 at the New ZOO in Poznań

Event schedule:

Saturday, 6th September (Conference Room – Elephant House)
From 07:00 – Arrival and drop-off of memorabilia and gadgets at the designated transport point
From 07:30 – Participant registration
08:00-14:00 – Official opening, collectors’ fair and memorabilia exchange related to zoological gardens
Around 11:00 – Group photo
14:00-15:00 – Clearing up the fair area, preparing the room for the auction, lunch
15:30-18:30 – Charity auction in support of the Endangered Primate Rescue Center (https://www.eprc.asia/)
19:00 – Official closing of the event

Sunday, 7th September
Free admission to the New ZOO upon presenting a Zoohistorica participant ID badge (self-guided visit)

Accommodation suggestions:
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We recommend two partner locations near the New ZOO:
1. Hotel Park Poznań
2. Hotel Camping Malta

Registration:
Participation in the event requires completing the registration form.

Please submit your registration no later than 18 August 2025.

Organizational notes:
• The icebreaker (welcome meetup) is not organized by the hosts – participants are encouraged to meet informally on Friday evening.
• On Sunday, entry to the New ZOO is free of charge only upon presentation of your participant ID.
• The participation fee for Zoohistorica is €40 / 170 PLN.
• Details regarding the payment, transportation, parking, and the location of the conference room will be shared at a later date.
• We kindly encourage you to donate items for the auction supporting the Endangered Primate Rescue Center.
